Our urgent care facility can treat most conditions. In some emergencies, however, care may need to be transferred to a local emergency hospital or referred to your primary care veterinarian.

If your pet is experiencing any of the following conditions, and our facility is open, please bring them in immediately- they may require stabilization and transfer to a specialty facility. Call us if able so our team can prepare for a critical incoming case. 

  • Heatstroke
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Cardiac arrest
  • Choking or stopped breathing
  • Excessive bleeding
  • Collapse or passing out
  • Trauma or major accidents

Please Note: We do see emergent cases like these and will triage, attempt to stabilize, and, if necessary, refer critical patients to hospitals with greater capacity for intensive care. Our team is fully equipped to hospitalize stable patients overnight.
